I booked and prepaid a root touch-up for my mother, but it turned into a 5-hour ordeal. Her roots were left completely grey, her hair frail and now falls out, and her scalp red and inflamed. On top of this, they took advantage of her being from abroad to upsell £100 for unwanted highlights (instead of toner), demanding cash and refusing a receipt. Management only issued a partial refund for the prepaid service and refused to return the £100 cash. Avoid this salon, especially if you‘re visiting.
