I arrived to the appointment which was prepaid at 3:32 for a 3:30 appointment, I was told because I was late that I would need to wait which was fine, little did I know that would equate to a wait of 50 minutes! They also did not check the system until I arrived to see that I had booked! Unfortunately, it did not improve as I had asked for short nails with an almond shape which I have every time and although it takes more work to shape the natural colour I chose was very simple and easy to apply. When I asked the lady for an almond as oppose to round she took my hand in an aggressive way and began filing after telling me that it would hurt if I wanted almond. Very unprofessional service and unless you want to be abused at your nail appointment do not go!
