I booked for my treatment for filiz. When I arrived a lady washed my hair ,💆🏻♀️ then when filiz arrived at the salon filiz put the treatment on my hair. After the treatment was done Filiz asked if it was ok for one of the other ladies to blow dry my hair? The treatment left my hair soft and the hairdresser that blow dried my hair did a lovely job 👍🏼

Very welcoming and pleasant. Happy with my haircut etc and Filiz was wonderful and allowed me to lean on her arm for support walking to the basin and back to the chair again. Reasonable price and close to home. Will definitely be visiting again.

Cut and blow dry all fine. Fliz seemed a very nice lady. Went back for colour. Showed a photo. Said I wanted caramel tones, some dimension and that I didn’t want to go to light. The end result, hard pushed to get any lighter. I will have to get it corrected. A shame as I really hoped that this would be a salon I could visit again.
