Very welcoming and pleasant. Happy with my haircut etc and Filiz was wonderful and allowed me to lean on her arm for support walking to the basin and back to the chair again. Reasonable price and close to home. Will definitely be visiting again.

Cut and blow dry all fine. Fliz seemed a very nice lady. Went back for colour. Showed a photo. Said I wanted caramel tones, some dimension and that I didn’t want to go to light. The end result, hard pushed to get any lighter. I will have to get it corrected. A shame as I really hoped that this would be a salon I could visit again.

It's very hard to meet a hairdresser who understands curly hair, can cut it well and then offer useful advice I wasn't familiar with at my tender age of 49. I already booked a follow up appointment. Also, I really like being able to book online, no faffing about, my calendar is like a wild animal so being able to compare things online is so much more efficient. Finally, the lady who washed my hair had magical fingers, honestly, it makes such a difference not to have to endure hair being pulled!
