Very happy with my visit. Friendly staff, was offered a drink when i walked in and again during the haircut, and I was very pleased with the end result of the haircut

Loved my experience at James Roberts, was made to feel welcome throughout - which sometimes isn't the case if you have booked using an offer. Would highly recommend :)

Made to feel so welcome from the moment i walked in. Fabulous friendly staff. The Brazilian blowdry treatment process was very relaxing, and the effects are the best i've had from having this treatment. Will definitely be returning.
