When I walked into the Salon I was instantly put at my ease by a lovely friendly receptionist. I had a consultation with James about my hair who was very attentive and understanding. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and am very satisfied with the result. I have managed my new hairstyle at home perfectly and highly recommend James Roberts Salon.

What really sets James Roberts apart is the attention to detail and investment in training staff. I've been going there for years and my hair has never been better. The colour and cut is superb and my weekend blow-dries with Beth are the highlight of my week! It's great to catch up, be pampered in the lovely salon and leave looking fab - and it's so handy to go and eat or shop straight after because of where it is. I can't recommend the James Roberts highly enough!
