Massive thanks to Jordan for rescuing my hair after a bad experience elsewhere - right from the off he was friendly, knowledgable, he asked the right questions and more importantly listened to my answers. He's so friendly and professional he completely gave me the confidence that he was going to sort my hair out for me which he did, perfectly. Have had lots of nice comments about it too - looking forward to my next visit to the salon in June.
