Booked the night before on treatwell. I had a fantastic experience from when I got there. Lauren was welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. She was friendly and chatty and instantly made me feel at ease. She listened to what I wanted and was relaxed in her workings which made me feel less anxious as it was my first visit. Lauren was open and comfortable to be around. Lovely little salon, relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Extremely happy with my hair
