I feel bad because Lauren is nice and friendly but I’ve been about four times now and I just never get what I ask for. She seems like she would be quite upset or defensive if I criticised so I just don’t say anything and try again. One time she started cutting my hair before we had agreed how much to cut off. Another time she decided to curl my hair with a roller brush, which hid the cut results. Last visit she cut off way too much, asked for long bangs at the front. Just got shaping

The venue is good and the stylist friendly but it was probably one of the worst haircuts of my life. My bangs are far too short, different lengths on both sides, as well as the top and underneath layers (a mess) and it will take me months to grow these back and get them redone straight.
I think a standard length trim is absolutely fine to go here but anything more complex I wouldn't recommend.
