Such great hospitality from this Italian hairdressers! My balayage was done with a lot of care but as colour can be quite unpredictable at times the end result was not quite as planned - I contacted Joelle Shades the very next day and explained my situation and I was welcomed back the same afternoon for a colour correction, I was reassured by my stylist at every step of the way and the end result was just as I wanted. Thankyou so much!

So someone else commented that when they got there and then they were trying to up sell toner off the back of it. As I had prepaid and only had my apple wallet I skipped this "necessary" bit of the treatment as wasn't included so I had to buy some and do it at home.
I feel awful for saying this as my hair dresser was lovely but he did hack off about 4or 5 inches on one side unprompted... he apologised and we agreed it would grow out... the other side was fine...
