This was such a find! I didn’t tell them when I arrived but I am mega scared of getting my haircut after some really bad experiences but the lovely team at Joelle relaxed me with my hair conditioning treatment and actually listened to me about the minimal trim I wanted. I’ll go back there and would recommend highly. The salon itself is not very fancy but the team are friendly. The girl who had her hair done before me also looked fantastic! Thanks guys, Mich

The stylist helped me a lot to choose the right treatment. I initially wanted to bleach my medium brown hair to light blonde, but she explained that it'll be damaging to my hair, and we shouldn't attempt doing it in one go. I agreed, and the end result is much more natural, and my hair has some time to recover before I bleach it again.
The staff was friendly and I got served Italian coffee :)
