Waited one hour and 30 minutes before being seen despite booking an appointment then stylist back and fourth with other clients. Would usually be in and out a hairdressers for simple cut within an hour was nearly for 3! Haircut was ok.

I had a mixed experience here.
I booked the last slot of the day, and when I arrived, it was just me at the hairdresser. He kind of just looked at me as I entered, without greeting me or indicating where I should sit, even when I mentioned my name and appointment. It made me feel a little uncomfortable.
My haircut is nice. He played relaxing music the whole time and he was friendly. But he brushed my hair really roughly and painfully, and caused breakage. My resulting haircut is nice though.
