Had to wait an hour to be seen even though I had a confirmed appointment, I wasn’t sure how long the wait would be either as no know came over to apologise or explain. Overall haircut was fine but dried it quite fast and it looked messy. Customer service isn’t great and I didn’t leave feeling like I had just left the salon.

Lovely welcoming staff and I’m happy with my overall hair treatment. However, I had booked an appointment. and had pre paid for 1315pm. I was told to come back for 2. I did, but was not started on until 3. Then in between my treatments, I always had to wait. I understood they were very busy, but perhaps walk in’s and over booking should not be allowed in order to stop this slow service.

I have dark brown hair and went for a blonde balayage.I'm afraid to say that I am not happy at all.
There are huge patches of hair where there is just no colour. Then, the blonde streaks are stripy and so thick and do not blend at all. I asked to remain completely natural ontop (ash brown) but was given a chocolate/ginger dye up top- looks like a ginger halo.
I have been to 2 hairdressers since to consult them and they say that it will take atleast £200 to fix it. I have tried to email salon

The salon severely overbooked so my appointment began 30 minutes later and took 2.5 hours to finish when it should have taken 1 hour. I spent less time in the salon when I got a balayage!
