Friendly welcoming staff, a nice bright clean salon, and a good level of service where staff took their time with you rather than rushing.
The only fault is that I was charged an extra £20 for toner - had assumed this quite standard treatment would be covered in the cost upfront. Would be good if the salon could state in their price list that this is an additional charge for blonde colour treatments.

Really disappointed with my balayage. Wanted a natural look but my highlights are very blonde which is not a great look on very dark hair. Might be partially my fault for not going in with a picture of exactly what I wanted, but I think the salon took on too many customers to pay enough attention to each individual in the salon - I had to have 3 different hairdressers look after me over the course of my visit because it was so busy!
