I booked on the morning for a midday appointment, which the salon changed very last minute to 12:40 (they tried to call me at 11:40 to let me know). I arrived at midday and eventually sat down for my haircut at 13:15. They had three clients booked in and just one hairdresser available. I was third.
The haircut itself was excellent. Ricardo is a very skilled hairdresser. I’m hoping the triple booking was a one-off mix up. Otherwise I was a happy customer.
