Asked for a uniform ashy colour and got brassy orange stripes, the exact opposite of what I asked. Though I pre-paid through Treatwell, they asked me for an extra 40% for the orange “balayagy” stripes, a service I neither asked for nor I was happy with. Beside the awful colour, the lack of transparency in their prices was disappointing. They basically click-bait customers with special offers from Treatwell, only to hammer them with extra unrequested services at the salon. Dishonest
