Terrible service. I had Alice for Olaplex, wash and blow dry. Was not done thoroughly. Olaplex is meant to make hair tangle free and smooth. After she washed it, she couldn’t brush my hair out and was ripping it out so much it hurt and I had clumps coming out. I said it’s very difficult to brush and she lady said “no it’s ok and this is a special brush ie tangle teaser”. I’ve had it before and this is not how it’s supposed to be after Olaplex. I asked her to stop and the manager told her to put more No.2 on. It was VERY matted like a cat that hasn’t been brushed for years. If I could post a picture I would. She clearly didn’t run the treatment thoroughly through the whole hair. I have long bleached blonde hair so this is extremely important. I feel salons try to save product by not putting enough, but charging the same.
The blow dry was great and bouncy, but hair still felt tangled (Olaplex being the main reason I booked).
Wash was too rough, and too long! You’re not supposed to dry the hair out.
Staff are lovely, but that doesn’t compensate for poor service. I wouldn’t go back because it feels like my hair has been ripped from my scalp and not what I paid for.

Very welcoming, lovely staff. Cristina was super friendly and took the time to understand exactly what I am after. She made some recommendations while we discussed what colour to go with for my balayage and I’m so glad I listened to her! I’m really pleased with the haircut and the colour. I got so many compliments since. Thank you Cristina! 😊
