I get anxious about trying new salons. However this salon treated me like a Queen, and I am 100% happy with my hair. Best Salon I've been to and will use again. Nick was amazing,I enjoyed the chat and he put in his all into my hair. Highly focused on every detail, and the rest of the staff are lovely too. I loved the way I was treated by them. looking forward to my next appointment in the near future.

Terrible service. I had Alice for Olaplex, wash and blow dry. Was not done thoroughly. Olaplex is meant to make hair tangle free and smooth. After she washed it, she couldn’t brush my hair out and was ripping it out so much it hurt and I had clumps coming out. I said it’s very difficult to brush and she lady said “no it’s ok and this is a special brush ie tangle teaser”. I’ve had it before and this is not how it’s supposed to be after Olaplex. I asked her to stop and the manager told her to put more No.2 on. It was VERY matted like a cat that hasn’t been brushed for years. If I could post a picture I would. She clearly didn’t run the treatment thoroughly through the whole hair. I have long bleached blonde hair so this is extremely important. I feel salons try to save product by not putting enough, but charging the same.
The blow dry was great and bouncy, but hair still felt tangled (Olaplex being the main reason I booked).
Wash was too rough, and too long! You’re not supposed to dry the hair out.
Staff are lovely, but that doesn’t compensate for poor service. I wouldn’t go back because it feels like my hair has been ripped from my scalp and not what I paid for.
