Not all nails are the same length or same shape, the nail varnish isn’t even on the whole of the nail. They have three lengths and you don’t really get to customise them, if you do they aren’t all the same length. It’s more expensive to book on the app then in store and then they tried to get me to pay extra for what I paid for originally. There are definitely better places out there.

Worst nail experience of my life. Firstly, they were 40 mins late. When I finally got seen, my nail technician was really rushed and rude. She made me pay up front when no one else had to - I can only assume it was due to racism. Then, she painted my nails badly and left to do someone else’s pedicure before finishing them. I had to get another technician to give me another layer of paint and another one for a top coat. They’re smudged so will repaint them myself at home. Never going there again!
