Really gutted , I used to come here all the time but 4 days after having the nails on they just started coming off fully one by one , I don’t know it’s the glue they used or the acrylic gel but something is faulty as they shouldn’t be coming off like primark stick on nails , I paid £38 to have nails last me 1 week max. This really isn’t fair …

They charge you more if you book through Treatwell and then as I was leaving they said I owe another £8 because of the colour I chose. They didn’t say this to me when I chose the colour and also there is nowhere on their price list that shows an extra charge of £8 for any services or colours. Actual job on my nails is fine although they’re shorter than I wanted. But I don’t agree with such high extra charges with no warning or agreement and not listed on price list

Horrible unfortunately. Colour came off not even 1 week after refil (gellack).. thick and bulky. Did not file off old colour good enough can see on the side. Even with appointment waited for 20 mins..

Awful experience - avoid and do not book. Staff are not trained, rushed and poor service. Tech made my nail bleed, shrugged and continued. Tried to put polish on my nails while they were covered in acrylic and blood and got angry when I said I’m washing my hands. Actually he got angry at everything I said. Place was dirty and was not a relaxing experience at all. Save your money and do not use this absolute joke and scam of a nail salon.
