Absolutely terrible. Jib agreed to turn my bleached hair sandy blonde, which perhaps sounded too good to be true but I trusted him as the trained professional. Instead of blonde, half my hair turned ginger and the other half grey. It looks awful and really upset me. I’ve had to book another appointment elsewhere to have it fixed and though I asked for a refund, none was given.

Jin was super fun and super skilled. Literally all you can ask from a Saturday morning!! My hair was super straight and shiny, even if it’s very long and dry and it finished earlier than 1 h.
