Arrived on time, waited 15 mins with nobody there. Eventually found a staff member sleeping inside! No apology, and she didn’t even know my treatment. Extremely unprofessional. I left and will never set foot there again.

Really good eyebrow wax service. Good shape, my hair is very thick so they took care of that and did it carefully
