The service wasn’t great, there was no proper ventilation. I also felt the staff didn’t have proper knowledge of the service they were providing and the treatment seemed rushed rather than done with care. Overall it wasn’t a good experience

The massage and scrub was lovely but the shaping and polish overall weren’t great. Only did 1 coat of normal nail polish and it doesn’t cover the full nails. I had to ask to touch up the streaks. Filing was quite rough and at times my skin was being filed more than the nails. The utensils all came out of a communal bucket too so didn’t seem very sanitary. Lady was lovely and very chatty so I feel bad being so critical but overall not a great manicure.
