At our appointment I asked that relaxer not be applied to my blonde ends. It was, and I’ve had significant breakage. I’m requesting a refund of £38. I appreciate all of the effort and sympathy that my stylist gave me in giving me a free hot oil service afterwards but the lack of precision and care with application was clearly unacceptable.
