Floriana always does such a great job on my nails. The salon is intimate and really lovely, and I never leave with a headache like I do from most nail salons. It feels like a real treat to go to Jessi’s Nails.

My woman who did my pedicure felt quite hostile towards me. What was meant to be a a treat turned into an uncomfortable experience where I didn’t feel welcome. I won’t be returning which is a shame as I felt the actual salon was a lovely place. I was not told it was cash only when I went in and was met with a pretty uncomfortable response when I told the person who did my pedicure I did not have cash on me.
In the nicest way, I would recommend some further customer service training
