My woman who did my pedicure felt quite hostile towards me. What was meant to be a a treat turned into an uncomfortable experience where I didn’t feel welcome. I won’t be returning which is a shame as I felt the actual salon was a lovely place. I was not told it was cash only when I went in and was met with a pretty uncomfortable response when I told the person who did my pedicure I did not have cash on me.
In the nicest way, I would recommend some further customer service training

I m glad to meet Floriana for the first time. She is honest, kind & patient with me so she has sorted my nail removal which I was supposed to have nail colour. I appreciate her honest & advice. I will come again rather than go to one salon in London Road which had damaged my nails since last August. I am looking forward to next visit x
