Incredible manicure, very meticulous.

My third time there and this time not happy, had french ombre and when I pointed out that there is some random purple dots in I was hushed that is the part of the powder. Well that is not acceptable and it looks like some other powder got mixed in. Anyway the result is disappointing and I feel like my opinion about what I want and what is right dows not matter even though I am paying for the service. Also nails looks wider/chubbier then was before and the part around cuticles is shabby

My nails are not done well, the powder had some colour in side that should not be there and when I pointed out as it made marks on my nails I was told it’s part of the colour - no it’s not! It was faulty! French ombre haa no purple random dots in it!

Is a lovely salon with very polite staff .There is a lovely girl always at the front seat doing nails that welcome people with a smile .
