Total chaos, they were completely overbooked. They obviously just accept far more bookings than they are able to service. My appointment was at 11.30, I got there at 11.35 due to traffic (I phone them to tell them this), but I didn’t start my pedicure until 12.20. It’s a shame, they were nice people and the pedicure was average, and it was rushed as I only had 25 mins to have it. So not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. I won’t be going back.
