Jenna has done a lash lift for me on a couple of occasions now and I have always been happy with the results. The treatment really opens up your eyes and probably lasts a good 6 weeks, perfect for those who don’t want full on lashes but to enhance what they were given naturally. Her service is personalised and she is a good listener, taking time to understand what you want and suggesting the best service for your needs and going the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction.

As always Jenna delivered, helping me decide a colour and being helpful with some Christmas nail art ideas. I’m quite a plain Jane but she is pretty talented and can pull together some amazingly elaborate designs. The main thing is she is always happy to give you her time and her attention to detail is second to none. You can tell she has high personal standards that she in uncompromising on and is very knowledgeable on nail care.

Initially I was pessimistic around attending a house for haircut but she's based in outer building
She was exceptionally professional, lots of questions to understand what I want done.
