From the day of my patch test I knew I made the right decision with picking Jenna for my root touch up- she listened carefully and really thought about what my hair needed. She took the time to deliberate the correct colour that would match my balayage and I’m so thrilled with the result! It was the perfect colour match & all my greys covered which is exactly what I wanted. She gave a parting gift of a mini hand cream & chocolate & Christmas card which I thought was lovely!
