From the day of my patch test I knew I made the right decision with picking Jenna for my root touch up- she listened carefully and really thought about what my hair needed. She took the time to deliberate the correct colour that would match my balayage and I’m so thrilled with the result! It was the perfect colour match & all my greys covered which is exactly what I wanted. She gave a parting gift of a mini hand cream & chocolate & Christmas card which I thought was lovely! Jenna has done a lash lift for me on a couple of occasions now and I have always been happy with the results. The treatment really opens up your eyes and probably lasts a good 6 weeks, perfect for those who don’t want full on lashes but to enhance what they were given naturally. Her service is personalised and she is a good listener, taking time to understand what you want and suggesting the best service for your needs and going the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction.

As always Jenna delivered, helping me decide a colour and being helpful with some Christmas nail art ideas. I’m quite a plain Jane but she is pretty talented and can pull together some amazingly elaborate designs. The main thing is she is always happy to give you her time and her attention to detail is second to none. You can tell she has high personal standards that she in uncompromising on and is very knowledgeable on nail care.
