Jenelle took my muddled description of what I wanted and delivered beyond expectation - my hair looks amazing! I was initially nervous going to a new hairdresser but she took my anxiety in her stride and made me feel very comfortable. I shouldn't have worried - Jenelle really knows what she's doing!

First time going to Jenelle, and it will definitely not be the last time! Jenelle is genuinely such a lovely and warm person, and is super talented in what she does. I had a cut and baleage so was quite a lot of change for me, but I told Jenelle how I wanted my hair and she worked her magic and made it even better than I would had imagined, so happy with my hair!!
