Jemma is an amazing therapist, before we started we chatted about what I like and don’t like - fragrances (I cannot tolerate lavender, it triggers migraines), pressure of massage, I like firm, deep pressure. She did exactly what I had asked her to, and the hot stone massage was perfect, so relaxing. She also did a scalp massage which felt wonderful too

This was my third visit to Jemma - not only is she incredibly professional and amazing at what she does, she is a really, really lovely person. Every time I have been to Jemma, I’ve left feeling uplifted and completely relaxed.
