I was happy with my roots cover, hair trim and blow dry. I felt relaxed, comfortable throughout and Ruby checked how much hair I wanted to cut off and how I wanted my blow dry. Thank you Ruby for a really lovely colour, cut and blow dry. My hair feels great, it's really soft after the hair mask! ;-)
