Jemma has always listened carefully and created exactly the style I wanted. She normally checks throughout the haircut and uses a mirror to show the back. Unfortunately, this did not happen during my last visit. I showed a photo of my previous haircut and asked for the same style, but my hair was cut much shorter than expected and the look was lost. I understand everyone can have off days and hope my next visit will be as good as before.

Amazing facial. Exactly what I wanted. My usual treatment usually applies a bit more pressure when massaging and extracting but this was really good - I fell asleep and it cleared my congestion so my face was radiant after this last min facial before Miami. I would go back.
