The whole experience was great, shampoo and styling the best I've had in a long time

Last colored : June 2024 without bleach
Color request : light brown
Initially when i booked the appointment the price quoted for hair color was £140 and i had specifically requested no bleaching. Upon arrival i was told i couldnt get light brown hair i had to bleach and the now price is £260. I felt like i was forced to bleach so they can upsell as the end results werent what i wanted.

I didn’t really like my haircut this time. I would recommend booking a senior stylist who knows your kind of hair, face shape, your expectations and suggest ideas based on those. After the haircut, the hair shape still looks a bit ‘heavy’ 🥲
