They didn’t realise I’d booked highlights, initially said they’d cut my hair first and seemed unsure when asked if they’d still do a dry/style as booked.
He suggested a balayage, I said no, highlights. He seemed put off that I didn’t have a picture and at one point said, highlights are hard. Luckily the colour was lovely.
The cut was very quick and choppy with several bits different lengths.
On Treatwell it said the cost would be £180, the total was £234. A very expensive toner!
