I’m going to preface this by saying that I have been to many hairdressers to have blonde highlights and balayage done over the years. While I am by no means an expert, I feel that I’ve had the process done enough to know when something hasn’t been done correctly. Right now I have orange-toned hair because the stylist at Jeju did not leave the bleach in long enough. When I requested a toner to try and fix this (which I had to pay extra for), it improved slightly, but again, the toner was not left in long enough. With my previous hairdresser, I was usually left at the basin with toner in my hair for at least 20 minutes. At Jeju, it was just five minutes. I was very clear that I wasn’t happy with the result, and while the stylist did offer to put more bleach on my hair to fix it, I felt that my poor hair had already been though enough, plus my confidence in Jeju was long gone. I will have to get this fixed somewhere else, and will definitely not be coming back here.

Love my hair cut..a brilliant job by Elena as always. Elena is absolutely lovely to chat to and always listens to what I want with my hair (and I'm not an easy customer!) I highly recommend this salon and in particular Elena.

It was my first time to this salon, the salon director Eunju was friendly and gave advice of what I wish my hair to be. I am happy with the results and the team in the salon are very friendly too, will definitely go again!
