Yes, they said a 1000 times that 'everyone's hair is different', and 'don't expect too much'. But, charging £150 for a service, and with many years of experience behind your back (allegedly), surely one should simply refuse to do it, because the result will be indistinguishable from initial look?.. I was so happy initially, when curls appeared. Now, 2 days later, NOTHING remains. Not a single person around noticed my hair 'change', worth £150. I followed all advice to the T. So sad =(

Thought of having treatment by a Korean designer, but eventually I really liked the perm treatment I got there by a Japanese designer. Friendly staffs, but would be better if the venue was cleaner. Also, coffee could be improved.
