My 45 min appointment lasted exactly 45 min with the 30 minute delay i had to endure. She barely cut anything, very messy, not at all symmetrical even tho she kept on checking. When i pointed out it was off, she insisted that was the intention. I was affraid to let her touch the scissors again. 15 min for a cut and blow dry. I should have let my drunken friends cut my hair, same result but with 40 £ more in my pocket

Eunju was amazing. We had a lot of laughs and great conversation. She was so knowledgeable about my hair, telling me the main issues and giving suggestions on how to improve it. My hair looks and feels great! Also, I didn't catch his name but the man who greeted me was so friendly and courteous as well. Absolutely 100% recommend this salon!

Everyone was lovely and I’m very pleased with my haircut. The only slight surprise was that I was charged an additional £5 because I have long hair (I’d paid on Treatwell in advance). I was a bit surprised because I’ve been before and don’t remember paying more but it’s fair enough I suppose!

A really lovely venue with a nice and cosy feel. I was 20 minutes late due to the awful Central line but they made no fuss. My hair colour was chosen perfectly and Ai is a really friendly stylist. Thank you!
