Hi my name is Jamal, I am a hairstylist and I am the business owner of Jayshaircutz. I have been hairdressing for more than five years, I started off hairdressing from when I was very young at the age of 12 till now Ive always had a passion of getting into this field I am passionate, creative and artistic. Hairdressing for me it’s a work of art I currently run a small mini salon at home where I provide many different hairdressing & barbering services in styling, cutting, colour, chemical services, hair extensions, barbering, skin fades, beard trims & hot towels. Please feel free to take a look at what services I provide and book an appointment with me if you’d like me to provide you any hair services on my menu Please bear in mind as a stylist I am not a magician, if you have boxed dye colour on your hair I cannot make you platinum blonde in one session, Instead I recommend alternatives such as hair extensions whilst waiting for your natural base to fully grow out so that then I can lift your natural colour up to couple of number shades depending on what current level your hair is before and after lifting your hair with lightener bleach. I am a very kind, respectful, individual with a bubbly personality who will warmly welcome you into my mini salon at home where I will make you feel welcome and aswell as providing you a service for your hair I’ll also provide a good hospitality for you to feel comfortable and relaxed. Please be polite and respectful anyone is welcome but whoever comes in with a negative approach, bad attitude or threatening behaviour will be asked to leave. As a Stylist I respect your wishes and will try to provide a service of your expectations whilst also making recommendations please do not take me for someone as a fool hairdressing is a process and the aftercare advice I provide I expect it to followed in order to help you maintain your hair and keep it in good condition. For any colour services or hair extensions services I will need you to drop in for a quick consultation, hair colour services I will need you to drop in for a patch test as well as a consultation or I cannot carry out any of the following two services without providing a consultation or a patch test, anyone who books a appointment for hair extensions or colour service and doesn’t come in for a consultation and patch test your appointment will be cancelled. Please be aware also cause I’m providing services at home I have pets so if you’re allergic to cats please let me know so that I can remove my pets and put them in a different room. Hair extensions if you prefer to purchase your own set and book a appointment with me to put them on you will only be charged for the removal and refit price depending on what type of hair extensions they are please leave a note of the description of the extensions when booking a appointment of the type of hair extensions they are where they’re purchased from, how many inches & shade they are so that I can keep a record of this.
