Prepaid for an hour deep cleanse facial. No consultation on my skin / problem areas or areas to focus on at the start. I was only in the treatment room 30 mins so I didn't get what I'd paid for. 20 of those minutes I was unattended (10 mins under steamer, 10 mins with a face mask on). The facial didn't go below my jaw (every facial I've ever had incorporated the neck and top of chest). When I tried to enquire what products had been on my face, I was told "oh just a face mask". Insightful.
Honestly, this was really poor. My time is precious and I wish I'd spent it elsewhere. I feel conned.

No problems with the salon or the staff in Manchester, a great stress free visit as always. I just wish some one would pick up the phone when I ring, it's impossible to get through!!!!
