I was late by 10mins - 7 of that trying to get in through the main door!! Even rang 2 twice but call was being transferred both times.
Was greeted with you are late you cannot have all your areas done - ridiculous I have been coming for lazer for a long time now and don’t always go in on time have waited and never complained I have also sat and waited for the therapist because she was stuck in traffic!
Once in the treatment room I was left waiting for the therapist who still insisted she would not do all my areas - not happy at all and I did say so to the therapist.
I think you are booking in clients with no turn around time in between.i have worked in the hair/ beauty business for over 30 years and I know you treat your clients with a little more courtesy and respect,

I loved having my laser done at Skin Image! The staff are very friendly and they take such great care of you. My sessions never hurt, the downtime was nothing and I saw a visible difference in the appearance of my skin. I have received compliments on my how clear my face has been looking (which has never happened). I recommend Skin Image if you are thinking of having YAG laser on your face and you have naturally tanned Asian skin. Leane is fantastic at what she does and I will keep coming back because of how comfortable she has made me feel. I have even booked myself for my treatments!

I’ve been getting my laser treatment done on my whole body by Holly and I just want to start off by saying how amazing she is. I didn’t feel pain at all and throughout the whole process of getting laser treatment Holly eased me in making me feel comfortable and completely relaxed. She is honestly wonderful and so sweet I’d highly highly recommend her.
