The telephone number for Skin image is outsourced to India. When I booked my appointments, it was very hard for them to understand me as their English wasn’t great, and had to repeat myself several times. After booking my patch test, I had an email out of the blue to say the appointment was rearranged, but I didn’t even know about this - when I rang again, they said they had double booked. Very inefficient and unprofessional. Skin Image need to change this to local customer service reps, as outsourcing phone calls to book appointments with people who can’t understand English is pointless.
Very disappointed. Had my appointment time changed twice, then when I turned up to the new time they hadn't told me that I needed a patch test so wouldn't be able to have my treatment on that day! The building was scruffy and felt unclean, the staff seemed disorganised, the safety forms were some old and badly photocopied papers, and I got sent no information in advance, despite this being my first laser treatment
