I was few minutes late into a 35 mins appointment and the therapy Diana refuse to treat me. I told her I’ve still got 28 minutes remaining of my appointment time but she wasted another 5 minutes telling me that my appointment has been given to someone else which was a lie. She only treated me because I refuse to leave until I was treated. I travelled a long way and paid good money for the parking and then I was told that I can’t have my treatment. The only reason I got late because all the parking bays were suspended in city centre and took me a long time and long way to find parking. They did the same last time when I got there 10 minutes early, they made me wait for 25 minutes and then told me that they can’t treat me because they’ve booked me a wrong appointment and there isn’t enough time to treat me. They’ve done the same few times with my nieces. The customer service and their appointment system is atrocious. I would have left a long tine ago but stuck with them as I’ve paid for a full course of treatment
