I rarely give bad ratings and reviews but i am really upset. I did treatments such as IPL in the past in other places and the quality of the service/place/staff was totally on another level. This was the 3rd of 6 treatments i bought, for my back, hands, shoulders, full arms, buttocks and perianal. The first treatment was supposed to last 35/45 minutes and was done very quickly, in 10 min i was getting dressed again...the result after 3 weeks was that i lost hair only on 3 spots on the right arm and very patchy on the rest of the body. The girl was too fast that the laser shots were too spread out on my skin to be evenly distributed...also for a treatment like this the bed should be in the middle of the room as the girl need to move all around while everything was by a wall making it difficult for her to reach my left side...second treatment after 6 weeks was much better. The girl went much slower and she cover much more areas with the laser. After 3 weeks i lost much more hair. This 3rd treatment was a disaster. I have been treated in a much smaller room. Just the space for the laser equipment and the bed, and was so hot they had to keep the window open. The girl was surprised i was a man (Nicola is a foreign male name...and they knew it as i did the other treatments before) and for religious reason she wasn't allowed to treat my buttocks etc...nothing against it as she also said another colleague would have finished my treatment. She was clearly nervous and did the treatment very fast and missing a lot of areas in my arms and back, the laser was too strong that i got burnt all over my skin, once she finished she said the colleague was busy so i couldn't have my treatment finished. They leave you some aloe vera for you to use after the treatment but you have to do it yourself, and is hard to reach the back part. I was really upset and they just booked me for the next monday for the last part of the treatment. There were no apologies from the staff at the reception, one of them could have done the treatment maybe but was too busy at her phone. They even didn't say hi properly when i left as one of them was too busy at her smartphone. After 3 days from the treatment my skin is sore and have burnt spots all over, and some bubbles, it is dry and i am using a lot of cream. It is so bad i have to wear long sleeves even at gym etc. I took pictures of it for them to see on Monday. I am really tempted to ask for a refund for the 3 treatments i didn't do and this one that was really bad and just go somewhere else. Hopefully this review will be helpful.
