After ,y first 3-4 sessions (i did 12 in total) i couldn't see any improvement. I believe it is due to the fact that the whole procedure would last 2-5 minutes as max. I don't believe enough effort was put in into the sessions and even though it was a good offer what i got, i feel like i wasted my money and time. Wouldn't recommend.
