To begin with I found the experience fine, except they go a bit fast with the laser where it misses spots, especially on large areas like legs. However, they cancelled three times on the day of my appointment which resulted in a delay of 3 months for an appoints, which is unacceptable.

The laser treatment is going well so far and the staff seem more friendlier than on previous visits I had a few issues with appointments getting mixed up but thats resolved now. The girls that do the laser treatment are very good especially Leanne as she takes extra care to make you feel comfortable and valued as a customer.
