In terms of staff and what you pay for they do a brilliant job. However, the company is managed abroad and you can’t ever contact them directly. This has been a massive inconvenience at times and meant they change my appointment time and I’ve turned up and the girls weren’t expecting me or that they call and change my time I set up with the girls in the salon. Although that’s a big factor Leanne is great and I definitely saw a big difference since my second session!
