I was greeted warmly by my therapist Aisha Rehman, and it started on time. I have never been kept waiting there which is good. I did receive more assistance this time as Aisha put on the goggles for me, and also applied some nice cream on my chin afterwards. As for the upper lip, it is much improved and all the dark hairs but 1 have permanently gone, but if you have very light hairs like mine you would need anything up to twelve treatments, which is two bookings. This was confirmed by my therapist. Personally as long as I don’t look like a walrus anymore, I am happy with the result! My only negative observation was the ambiance, which is too clinical for me, and I would have liked to see an accent colour on one wall, or even a tasteful mural down the front wall panel. The chilled water 💧 dispenser and plastic cups add to the waiting room feel.

Unfortunately the hair has started to grow back after going for the recommended number of treatments ( recommended by staff!) and they haven't bothered to reply to emails about this! Won't be recommending. Very disappointed!
